A group for parents with ADHD focused on building knowledge and skills while fostering connection and mutual support.

Grounded: An Art Therapy Group
A group for youth aged 12-15
A group for teens who experience anxiety focused on building coping and resilience skills through arts-based activities. $300 for the series with sliding scale available for eligible participants.
