We provide tailored counselling services for children, youth, and families facing a variety of mental health concerns and interpersonal problems.

We provide information and coaching sessions to help individuals navigate BC family law, dispute resolution options, and acquire skills in high-conflict communication. 

Support group
Caught in the Middle

We offer an 8-week psychoeducational support group for children and parents experiencing high-conflict family separation and divorce.

Mediation

We offer mediation services aimed at facilitating amicable resolutions for former partners and co-parents navigating a wide range of family law disputes.
